About the course
About the course
The Future Skills Programme is for anyone who wants to move into digital work and is ready to commit to twelve weeks. You don’t need any qualifications or tech experience. We look for curiosity and commitment.
We especially welcome people with experience of the justice system, care leavers, kinship carers, disabled and neurodivergent people, and anyone who has been out of work for a while. Our team includes people with lived experience, and the programme is built around real life: housing, money and confidence matter as much as skills, and we help with all of them.
You’ll learn in a small group of up to 20, with live sessions, practical tasks and a weekly one-to-one check-in. Everyone joins a group WhatsApp from day one, and you stay part of our alumni community after you finish.
What you’ll leave with
- Confident, safe use of everyday AI tools for work and life
- A CV and LinkedIn profile you’re proud of, and a plan for how to talk about your past if you want to
- A team project you can show employers
- Experience of a real assessment day at TPXimpact’s offices, with tailored feedback
- A personal plan for your next step: a job, an apprenticeship, more learning or your own business
- A certificate of completion
All the skills you learn can be applied to starting a business, your career or further education.
Delivered by Breakthrough Social Enterprise and funded by TPXimpact. Places are limited, and before you start there’s a short, friendly chat with our team to make sure it’s the right fit for you. Only 20 places.
